Building density, omicron and gold: key points for the weekend in Prikamye

Lift stop

In the Gubakha ski center on January 3, the chair lift stopped due to problems with electricity. The tourists who were on it at that moment spent about an hour in the air until the emergency diesel generator of the cable car was launched, which allowed it to resume its work and lower the guests. The resort administration explained that the operation of the lift was stopped due to a power surge due to an accident on the MRSK lines.

Penalty reduced

The Arbitration COURT of the Perm Territory reduced the fine for the Perm-based OOO Oruzheinik from 300,000 to 150,000 rubles. Earlier, the Directorate of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation for the Perm Territory and the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk District of Perm revealed violations of the legislation on weapons in a weapons store at 16 Revolution Street. As previously reported by several TELEGRAM channels, it was in this store that the student of the law faculty of Perm State National Research University, accused of attacking the university on September 20 and killing several people, purchased weapons and ammunition.

On the fact of the revealed violations, an administrative offense report was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 20.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the rules for the production, sale, storage, destruction or accounting of weapons and ammunition for them, explosives and explosive devices, pyrotechnic products of classes IV and V, if these actions do not contain a criminal offense”). Representatives of Oruzheynik LLC did not agree with the conclusions of the audit and went to court.

The court recognized that violations had taken place, but considered the fine of 300 thousand rubles to be excessive. “Reducing the size of the sanction to 150,000 rubles. corresponds to the nature of the offense committed by the applicant and will not lead to excessive, excessive restriction of property rights and interests of the legal entity brought to administrative responsibility,” the court’s decision says.

Increasing building density

Governor Dmitry Makhonin signed a resolution amending the Land Use and Development Rules of Perm (PZZ). The Decree of the regional government of December 23 approves an increase in the density of buildings in Perm for the territorial zones Ts-1, Ts-2, Zh-1, Zh-2, in which housing construction is allowed.
