Nizhny Novgorod carriers sued for violating COVID requirements

Documents on bringing four Nizhny Novgorod carriers to administrative responsibility for violating epidemic requirements have been sent to COURT. This was reported in the Ministry of transport and highways of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The department explained that we are talking about systemic violations by drivers who ignore the mandatory requirements that you need to wear a mask at the workplace.

In October 2021, during regular inspections in all districts of Nizhny Novgorod, 177 drivers were identified who were at the workplace without personal protective equipment. Carriers have been warned. The Ministry of Transport regularly conducts raids on observance of the mask regime by passengers together with the police. 

Earlier it was reported that during non-working days from October 25 to November 7, 2021, all public transport in Nizhny Novgorod operates as usual.
