The main personnel changes in 2021 in the Novosibirsk region

Plenipotentiary 

In April of this year, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the plenipotentiary in the Siberian Federal District, Sergei Menyailo, who has held this post since 2016, assumed the position of acting HEAD of North Ossetia. For six months - until mid-October - there was no presidential representative in the Siberian Federal District, until Anatoly Seryshev became one.

Government of the Novosibirsk Region 

On October 1, the Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Novosibirsk Region Yaroslav Frolov resigned. According to the official version, leaving the post of minister is connected with the transfer to another place of work.

At the end of November, Alexei Vasiliev, Minister of Science and Innovation Policy of the Novosibirsk Region, resigned from his post in order to find a job at the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics of the state corporation Rosatom. Vasilyev has worked as a minister since 2018.
