For the dough:
150 g FLOUR; 200 ml of kefir; 2 eggs; half a teaspoon of SALT and baking soda; greenery.
For the filling:
200 g broccoli; 200 g mushrooms; 1 onion; 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil; salt.
First of all, bring kefir to room temperature and add two eggs and half a teaspoon of salt to it. We mix everything thoroughly and pour the flour slowly, stirring again, so that a homogeneous mass is obtained. We add soda to it (it doesn’t matter - slaked or not), then - greens and mix everything again. That's it, set the dough aside and wait an hour.
Now the stuffing. Broccoli - fresh or defrosted - disassembled into inflorescences, cook in lightly salted water for 5-10 minutes. Then we recline in a colander and wait until it cools down. At this time, cut the mushrooms (champignons, forest - any, a matter of taste), finely - onion and fry it with mushrooms until they are ready.
Now place half of the dough in the baking dish. We spread the fried mushrooms with onions on it, boiled broccoli on top. Pour all this with the remaining dough and put in the oven at 180 degrees. After about 30-40 minutes, the diet cake is ready.

300 - 400 g of flour; 150 ml of MILK; 0.5 teaspoon of salt; 2 tablespoons of SUGAR; 2 eggs and one yolk; 1 teaspoon dry yeast; 50 ml vegetable oil.
For the filling:
300 g minced pork; 1 onion; 2 potatoes; salt and spices to taste.

To add colors, grease everything with yolk, let stand for 20 minutes and send to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. After 40 you can get it.
Such a pie can be made with other fillings: cabbage, potatoes and mushrooms, jam, cottage cheese, cheese. For the test we need:
250 g flour; 160 g butter; 2 eggs; 50 g of powdered sugar; 0.5 teaspoon salt.
Filling:
700 g of apples; 1 teaspoon cane sugar and cinnamon; 2 teaspoons of regular sugar; 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; 2 tablespoons of cornstarch; 2 egg whites.
Sift flour and powder through a sieve, add salt and mix gently with a whisk. Butter, which must be aged in the refrigerator, is cut into small squares and put into the mixture, which we knead with our hands or with a fork to make a mass. Pinch off 50 grams from it for further sprinkling. Add 2 yolks to the remaining dough and knead everything and put it on the bottom and walls of a bulk container, previously covered with parchment. Be sure to prick the dough with a fork to release excess air, and leave in a cold place for an hour and a half.
The stuffing is easy too. We clean the apples, cut out the core and three on a coarse grater. Pour lemon juice, add cinnamon, starch and cane sugar, mix well with your hands. We put the resulting mixture in the microwave and warm it up, periodically taking it out and stirring. As soon as it reaches a slightly jelly state, let it cool. The second part of the filling is meringue. Beat egg whites until light foam, add sugar and continue to beat until strong peaks.
After everything is ready, spread the APPLE mixture on the dough first, then coat the surface of the meringue. Sprinkle all this with crumbs from the left dough and put in the oven (180 degrees) for 40 minutes. At the same time, it is better to bake for about 20 minutes in an open form, then cover with foil.
