In the Volgograd region, the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor, with the help of the FGIS "Mercury", identified a phantom enterprise for the production of beef

The monitoring group of the department, according to the "Mercury" system, revealed that the site is carrying out activities for the production of beef. An analysis of the system data showed that 1.1 thousand tons of beef and beef offal of unknown origin were produced on the site by compiling “processing / production” transactions without specifying raw materials.

In the course of further analysis of the FSIS "Mercury" data, it was established that the products were sent to enterprises in the Belgorod Region and the Republic of Crimea. In particular, more than 59 tons of beef and offal were sent to the SSSPOK Myasnye Prostory, and more than 139 tons of beef were sent to the RBP LLC.

Thus, the enterprise violated the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 4979-1 “On Veterinary Medicine” and the technical regulation “On Food Safety”, veterinary rules for organizing work and the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents in electronic form, and also violated the traceability of food products.

On the basis of the established facts of violation, officials of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration initiated a visit to the site registration address. It has been established that Stigma LLC does not carry out production activities at the address indicated by the FSIS Mercury.

To prevent the introduction of potentially unsafe controlled products into circulation, the registration of the authorized person of Stigma LLC was canceled. The legal entity was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements. In addition, the site is marked as a "phantom". The information was sent to the Veterinary Committee of the Volgograd Region to check the indicated information for signs of "phantomism" and to exclude the above site from the FSIS "Vetis" component "Cerberus".

At present, the officials of the Rosselkhoznadzor Department have sent information to the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the tax service, the Rospotrebnadzor Department of the region and the territorial Rosselkhoznadzor Departments, in whose area of ​​responsibility the recipients of the products are located, in order to take prompt measures within their competence.
