These include unrefined fat, tripe, omasum, abomasum, reticulum, heart, kidney, liver, diaphragm, cartilage, testicles, aorta, tendons and bovine penis - a range of products that will increase sales volumes for his main trading partner.

In fact, offal is usually shipped from Argentina to China, but through Hong Kong, an intermediary that loses some profits. High demand from the Asian giant, which can pay more for offal than for some types of beef, is the reason for negotiations on direct shipments.
