A meat processing plant built according to Italian standards has been launched in Kyrgyzstan

The new enterprise, where more than a hundred new jobs have been created, is capable of processing 100 heads of large and 1000 heads of small cattle in one shift. Suppliers of raw materials will be farms in the Issyk-Kul, Naryn and Chui regions. The annual production volume is 14 thousand tons.

The city of Balykchy, located on the northern shore of the western tip of Lake Issyk-Kul, 175 km southeast of Bishkek, is an important transport hub. The base port is located here, highways lead to Bishkek, Karakol, Naryn and further to the border point of the Kyrgyz-Chinese border “Torugart”. The Balykchy – Jalal-Abad road is under construction.
