During a meeting with representatives of the Moscow Region Regional Competence Center, important goals were outlined: reducing the time required to produce sausages and wieners by at least 10% and increasing workplace productivity by 5%. Svetlana Ryzhova, DIRECTOR of the Klinsky MEAT Processing Plant, noted that despite the company's successful development, optimizing business processes remains a pressing task to maintain competitiveness. The program will be implemented in three stages over three years to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks and improve product quality. The Klinsky Meat Processing Plant is a leader in the sausage market and is actively working to ensure the country's food security.
