Kursk meat processing complex Miratorg successfully passed an international audit

The audit focused on checking compliance with veterinary and sanitary standards. The audit revealed no violations, and the auditors highly rated the level of sanitation and hygiene at the enterprise. The quality control system at Miratorg ensures monitoring of products at all stages of production - from raw materials to finished goods, which allows eliminating possible deviations and improving the safety and quality of products.

Miratorg-Kursk, launched in 2020, produces more than 300 types of MEAT products and 100 types of sausages. The company produces more than 430.5 thousand tons of finished products per year and is certified for EXPORT to 34 countries. In 2025, inspections confirmed compliance with the requirements of Vietnam and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
