Shares of the Cherkizovo group collapsed by 7% amid a reduction in the share of owners

Quotes of the Cherkizovo group collapsed at the moment by 7.66%, to ₽2781.5. As of 14:33 Moscow time, the decline slowed down to 6.93%, the share price amounted to ₽2803.5. This is evidenced by trading data on the Moscow Exchange.

The fall occurred against the backdrop of news about the reduction in the shares of the main owners of the group. General DIRECTOR of the Cherkizovo Group Sergey Mikhailov reduced his share from 28.13% to 27.35%, Chairman of the Board of Directors Evgeny Mikhailov - from 28.13% to 27.35%. The share of the mother of businessmen Lidia Mikhailova decreased from 15.46% to 15.03%. it is reported by Interfax.

The shares of CFO Lyudmila Mikhailova and AIC Mikhailovsky also decreased, from 0.42% to 0.41% and from 6.63% to 2.78%, respectively.

A share in the group was acquired by Emin Mammadov, a member of the board of directors, Oleg Zakov, director of the Cherkizovo trading house, and the Cherry Orchards company.
