
April 21, MINSK. The prosecutor's office of the Dzerzhinsky district, after studying the materials of the pre-investigation check, opened a criminal case against a 27-year-old local resident for using violence against the controller-inspector of passenger trains, BelTA informs citing the information service of the prosecutor's office of the Minsk region.
The young man was charged with being intoxicated on September 11, 2021, in the carriage of the Baranovichi-Polessky - Minsk-Passenger electric train, refused to comply with the request of the inspector-auditor to present a ticket for travel, as well as to leave the train and pay a fine. At the same time, using obscene language, he threatened to use violence against the victim, and then kicked the leg of the inspector-auditor.Previously, the young man was repeatedly brought to administrative and criminal liability.
To organize a preliminary investigation, the prosecutor's office transferred the criminal case to the Dzerzhinsky District Department of the Investigative Committee.
