In Bobruisk, a pedophile molested his sons

February 21, Mogilev. In Bobruisk, two sons became victims of a pedophile father. BelTA was informed about this by Tatyana Starosotnikova, official representative of the USC in the Mogilev region.

The defendant in the case is a 41-year-old man. According to the materials of the case, in 2017, three young children were seized from a large family by the social service. At some point, parents with many children began to abuse ALCOHOL, conflict and lead an asocial lifestyle. The children removed from the family were adopted by foster parents. After a while, the fourth child, a girl, was born to the spouses, from whose family the children were removed. Older children living in foster families occasionally visited their biological parents.

“Once, upon visiting, one of the boys drew attention to the withdrawn behavior of his 4-year-old sister. The baby clearly avoided her father. The teenager shared his suspicions with his adoptive mother. The boy told his terrible story, which later became the basis for initiating a criminal case against his own father," a USC spokeswoman said.

The investigation found that the man repeatedly subjected his sons aged 5 and 9 to sexual violence. He committed illegal acts against his children while intoxicated .

According to the results of the investigation, a 41-year-old man was charged under the article "Sodomy and other acts of a sexual nature committed against known minors" of the Criminal Code. With the sanction of the prosecutor, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was applied to him. The defendant has no previous convictions.

Violent acts of a sexual nature against children are classified as especially serious crimes. They are punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
