From July 12,
2024 , regulation of advertising of non-alcoholic beer and non-alcoholic beer drinks will be introduced.
A mandatory requirement is to indicate in appropriate font size that the drinks are non-alcoholic. On television and in multimedia advertising, such information must be placed throughout the entire duration of the advertisement, and in radio advertising
it must be voiced (paragraph 20, paragraph 15, article 2 of the Law). It is not required to include in advertising a warning notice about the dangers of excessive consumption of non-alcoholic beer and non-alcoholic beer drinks (paragraph 21, paragraph 15, article 2 of the Law).
• Advertising of alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks, beer
From July 12, 2024, advertising of alcoholic drinks is allowed from 22:00 to 7:00 (paragraph 3, paragraph 14, article 2 of the Law).
For reference Currently, advertising of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on radio and television.
With regard to advertising of beer and low-alcohol drinks, the time for placement on radio and television has been increased by 1 hour. From July 12, 2024, advertising of these drinks is allowed from 21:00 to 7:00 (paragraph 6, paragraph 15, article 2 of the Law).

Currently, advertising of beer and low-alcohol drinks is allowed from 22:00 to 7:00.
Also, in advertising of low-alcohol drinks, from July 12, 2024, the use of images of people or animals, including drawings, cartoons (animated), is prohibited, except in cases of use of such images in registered trademarks used to designate beer and low-alcohol drinks (paragraph 10 p. 15 Article 2 of the Law).

Currently, such use is only allowed in beer advertising.
• Advertising of gambling establishments and gambling
The time for placement on radio and television will increase by 1 hour, that is, advertising will be allowed from 21:00 to 7:00 (paragraph 4, paragraph 21, article 2 of the Law).
• Advertising of real estate services
From July 12, 2024, the obligation of real estate organizations to indicate the date of issue of a license to carry out real estate activities in advertising of real estate objects is excluded.
• Advertising of securities and services related to the attraction and use of funds of organizations and (or) citizens
From November 19, 2024, the requirement to indicate in advertising about attraction by banks or non-commercial financial institutions in relation to precious stones (paragraph 6, paragraph 20, article 2, paragraph 3, article 6 of the Law) the type of bank deposit agreement and the amount of annual interest is eliminated rates.
• Advertising about employment and training outside Belarus
From July 12, 2024,
