Particularly impressive results were achieved in December 2025, when 83.5 million eggs were produced in the republic. This figure is 2.5 times higher than the December 2024 figures, demonstrating a stable recovery and growth in the sector.

In the Volga Federal District, egg production also showed positive dynamics, increasing by 12.1% to reach 10.7 billion eggs. The leading producers were Mordovia with 1.5 billion eggs, Perm Krai with 1.4 billion, and Tatarstan with 1.3 billion. The smallest number of eggs was produced in the Penza Region —only 197 million.

General trends in the country:

Nationally, egg production increased by 6.1% in 2025, reaching 40.4 billion eggs compared to 38.1 billion in 2024. This growth is also due to recovery measures in other regions and increased demand for eggs as an essential food product.
