Sakhalin butter is in active demand among the inhabitants of the island region

The demand for butter produced by Sakhalin MILK processing enterprises is growing every year.
Over the past period of 2022, the volume of butter production increased by 69.5% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 122.63 tons. The positive dynamics of butter production in the region is largely due to the growth in raw milk production and the improvement in quality characteristics.
In addition, the mechanism created by the regional government to provide a whole range of measures of state support for food enterprises allows Sakhalin producers to improve the quality of food products, increase production volumes, and increase the level of food security in Sakhalin and the Kuriles.
it should be noted that in 2021, dairy enterprises received subsidies from the regional budget for the modernization and technical re-equipment of production facilities in the amount of 43 million rubles.
