The volume of production of canned meat in the Moscow region in 2022 increased by more than 60%

In 2022, the Moscow Region produced more than 44.8% of the total volume of canned meat in the Central Federal District and 20.3% of the total Russian volume.
“According to the Federal State Statistics Service, the volume of production of canned meat, including canned food for baby food, in 2022 in the region amounted to more than 160 thousand tubes. This volume is an increase of more than 60% compared to the same period in 2021,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The main producers of canned meat in the Moscow Region are ZAO Lytkarinsky MPZ, OOO MPK Selyatino, OOO MPK Patriot.
