In 2025, Moscow Region farmers purchased more than 560 units of agricultural machinery.

The Moscow Region continues to upgrade its fleet of agricultural machinery and equipment.
In 2025 , farmers in the region purchased 569 new units, most of which were purchased with subsidies from the regional budget.
"Updating their fleet allows farms to conduct seasonal work more efficiently, reduce costs, and increase production. In the Moscow Region, we provide support for the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment ranging from 20% to 50%. We also partially reimburse lease costs for the purchase of tractors of at least the 5th traction class. Last year, the total amount of subsidies in this area exceeded 348 million rubles," said Sergei Dvoynykh, Minister of Agriculture
and Food of the Moscow Region. The Moscow Region Ministry of Agriculture clarified that the largest volume of purchases was for tractors: in 2025, agricultural enterprises purchased 92 units. In addition, farmers purchased 15 grain harvesters and 5 forage harvesters, as well as 457 units of other agricultural machinery and equipment. A total of 411 units of agricultural machinery were acquired using government support.
Today, the Moscow Region's agricultural machinery fleet includes over 3,900 tractors and 680 grain and forage harvesters. Over the past three years, the number of agricultural machinery in the region has increased by almost 2,500 units. Support for agricultural producers remains a priority for regional policy.
