Rapid 4 in 1 tests for determining the residual amount of neomycin, kanamycin, gentamicin, spectinomycin in milk, whey
PIONEER MEIZHENG BIO-TECH (5 in1) JC0871/ Rapid tests for the determination of the residual amount of β-lactams, tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, streptomycins, ceftiofur in milk, whey. In the Etkulsky district of the Chelyabinsk region, a new modern dairy complex has been launched, where cows give MILK in gratitude for simple pleasures - riding a "carousel" and the opportunity to massage right at the workplace. And also - for nutritious food and an "apartment" without partitions. All this is in the Koelginskoye agricultural cooperative named after Ivan Nikandrovich Shundeev.
The new dairy complex in the village of Dolgovka added another 1,200 dairy cows to the production capacity of Koelginsky. Now the total number of cows on the farm is 3160 animals, and this is not counting the young animals that are raised on a farm in the village of Pogorelka. By 2025, says the chairman of the agricultural cooperative Anatoly Shundeev, it is planned to increase the number of dairy cows to four thousand heads.
“We have developed a program for the development of dairy farming until 2025 inclusive. According to this program, in 2024 we must milk 100 tons of milk per day, today we already receive 90 tons per day across the entire economy. This result is achieved, among other things, thanks to the modernization and construction of new complexes,” says Anatoly Shundeev. - The milking system also allows achieving the desired quality of milk - after putting on the milking machine, the milk does not come into contact with air anywhere. It enters the storage tank through a closed system - milk pipelines, coolers. In the new complex, we have installed a carousel-type milking parlor, which allows you to milk cows using the in-line method without interrupting the process.”
This method is the most productive. Four milkmaids serve 1200 cows. The milking of this herd takes 6-7 hours, and with technological cycles - 8-9 hours. Due to the use of carousel milking and the introduction of loose keeping of animals on the farm, they achieved significant resource savings, as a result, the difference in the cost of milk, compared with tie keeping and traditional milking, amounted to 4 rubles per liter.
In 2021, Koelga residents milked 28 thousand tons of milk, more than in 2020, by 3 thousand tons.
To understand the whole ins and outs of milk production in Dolgovka, it is worth visiting the new complex, and first of all, the milking parlour. A huge circle with personal places for each animal rotates slowly enough so that the cow can calmly enter the carousel and stand in thought for a full turn of the circle, while smart automation gives out precious milk, which has been worked up for a day in free keeping in a new barn (for one milking, they get not less than 23 liters per cow).
As Aleksey Prokopyev, deputy chairman of the production cooperative, said, another dairy complex with a maternity ward was laid at the enterprise’s branch in the village of Koelga, where even more cows will “work” - two thousand, and an even more capacious carousel for 72 jobs for cows will be spinning ( in Dolgovka, the carousel has 50 seats, and the first Koelga carousel, which has been operating on the farm since 2008, “carries” 36 animals at a time).
“Our cows are of the Holstein breed, for 2021 each received an average of 9,300 kilograms of milk, the plans are to reach 10 thousand kilograms,” Alexey Prokopyev reports. “After we launch a new complex at the Koelginsky branch and transfer cows from the old premises there, we will have a completely free-range keeping of animals. With this method, it is easier to adjust the diet, divide cows into lactation groups, monitor the HEALTH and productivity of animals. Old barns with tie-down housing were designed for cows weighing no more than 450 kg, and now we have cows weighing 650 kg, this is the result of the Holsteinization of livestock, and modern premises should be built for such animals,” said Alexey Prokopyev.
Koelga does not doubt the success of its intentions: at the end of last year, the foresight of the farm managers allowed them to purchase everything necessary for further construction and development, including equipment for a milking parlor (European manufacturer), building materials, veterinary drugs and vaccines, feed additives, spare parts for technology. Here, information about inventories smoothly passes into the financial plane: the acquisition of this entire array of resources became possible thanks to the capital construction support program - capex.
Alexei Kobylin, Minister of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region, says that this type of support will inevitably stimulate further investment activity by recipients of these subsidies.
“In 2021, two modern dairy complexes were built in the Chelyabinsk region: in the Karsakbaev KB farm in the Agapovsky district and in the Koelginskoye SEC named after I.N. Shundeev. in the Etkul region. The total amount of support for these enterprises amounted to 213.8 million rubles, these subsidies offset almost a third of the construction costs. In Koelga, modernization and construction of new production facilities continues at all departments of the economy,” said Alexey Kobylin.
“There was modernization in Pogorelka in 2019, we launched a new calf barn for 400 heads, in Dolgovka the barn is now being reconstructed, it will be commissioned at the end of this year. In the future, every year we will build a cowshed: in 2023 - a cowshed for 600 heads in Koelga, in the same place in 2024 - another cowshed for 600 heads, and this year - a large milking and dairy unit with a maternity ward - piles are being hammered there now ” , - confirms the HEAD of the Koelga economy Anatoly Shundeev.
