Fast like robots! 250 boxes - one person per shift. How are fruit boxes made? Kyrgyzstan

PIONERPRODUKT.by continues to publish videos from the AgroExpedition "Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan". In this video we will see how wooden fruit crates are made.
Zhoroev Madaminzhon's farm is located in the Batken region and specializes in the production of wooden fruit boxes, which are exported to RUSSIA along with fruits grown by local farmers.
The raw material for the manufacture of boxes is American furniture poplar, which grows in large numbers in these parts. According to Madamingon, poplar is specially grown on plantations of the enterprise.
The enterprise has been operating for 10 years, during which time the poplar grows to the stage when it can be sawn into containers.
On plantations, trees are cut into logs 50-80 cm long, after which they are transported to the company's sawmill, where they are cut into boards using a circular saw, and only then planks for boxes are made.
After the boards are prepared, they go to the carpenter, who knocks boxes out of them. One carpenter produces about 200-250 boxes per shift.
In order to speed up the process, the carpenters came up with a special device similar to tongs, which allows you to grab the nails from the box in rows, heads up.
The work of carpenters is organized on the principle of a conveyor, some carpenters make a blank for a box, which is transferred to others for final assembly.
The wholesale price of a finished APPLE box is 65 som. (47 rubles)
Crates for different fruits differ in size, usually only in height. For example, for apples, the height of the box is 14 cm, and for persimmons, 8 cm.
