On behalf of the regional operational headquarters, the relevant departments checked the implementation of the Decree on restrictions on the operation of entertainment establishments during the pandemic.

On the night of Friday to Saturday, the Ministry of Territorial Security, together with law enforcement officers, raided cafes, restaurants, bars in Perm in order to verify that the owners comply with the requirements of the decree. According to the document, after 23:00 these objects should stop working. During the raid, violations of the work regime were revealed in four night establishments.

The creative DIRECTOR of the Permian bars "House of Culture" and "Natasha" Danil Guryanov commented on the raids of controlling organizations. He believes that the checks were held in the format of a "big show". And the measures that have been taken in the region now - limiting the operation of entertainment facilities after 23:00 - are subjective.

Survival, not development

Over the 11 months of last year, the volume of loans issued by banks to SMEs in the Perm Territory increased by more than a third, compared with the indicators of the pandemic 2020, and exceeded 120 billion rubles. Such data are provided by the Perm branch of the Central Bank.

Over the year, the total portfolio of loans provided to entrepreneurs in the region increased by 15%. At the end of last year, it amounted to more than 80 billion rubles. At the same time, the volume of overdue debt decreased by almost 40%, and its share in the total portfolio decreased to 4%. According to the Central Bank, this was influenced by a number of factors. For example, the positive dynamics of SMEs was facilitated, among other things, by state programs of concessional lending. Last year, the regulator allocated an additional limit of 60 billion rubles for these purposes.
