The teenagers spent their scholarship money on alcohol and smoking. The court stripped them of their right to manage their income. 

October 31, Mogilev. Three students at the Zhilichi Agricultural College have been stripped of the right to independently manage their stipends and other income for systematic ALCOHOL consumption and smoking, the Mogilev Region Prosecutor's Office information service told BELTA.

The Kirovsky District Prosecutor filed the petitions with the COURT following an investigation that revealed that the minors—orphans and children left without parental care—receive full state support. They receive a monthly stipend, as well as monetary compensation for food , clothing, and footwear, but misuse these funds, purchasing alcoholic beverages and e-liquid.

it was established that the teenagers are systematically consuming alcohol. They had previously been held administratively liable under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and are undergoing individual preventive work .

The court hearings were held directly at the Zhilichi State Agricultural College. The teenagers did not object to the prosecutor's demands. The Kirovsky District

Court upheld the petitions and stripped the students of their right to manage their own income until they reached adulthood. The decisions have not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed or contested in accordance with the established procedure.
