In Khabarovsk Krai, meat produced from the wrong raw materials was discovered using artificial intelligence

On January 16, the Mercury component data collected using AI analytical modules was analyzed. it turned out that on December 25, 2024 , Myasoopttorg LLC issued veterinary accompanying documents for 100 kg of boiled-smoked pork brisket, indicating pork with the back and front leg tenderloin as the raw material. However, the brisket must be prepared from first-grade MEAT with a noticeable layer of fat located in the chest part of the carcass.

As a result of the identified violations, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR warned the enterprise about the inadmissibility of inconsistencies in veterinary legislation. In total, in 2024, using AI technologies in Khabarovsk Krai, 1,383 violations were detected in the execution of veterinary accompanying documents for the Mercury component.
