In Omsk Region, production of cheesecakes from meat raw materials was found in violation of veterinary standards

One of the incidents was the production of 120 kg syrniki by an individual entrepreneur Gadzhiev from Omsk, for which only MEAT components such as pork shoulder, ham and turkey fillet were used. This product , which poses a potential veterinary hazard, was planned for delivery to social institutions in the city of Surgut.

As a result of monitoring, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR cancelled the veterinary certificate for these products and temporarily blocked the access of the enterprise's authorized person to the VetIS system for 10 days. Since the beginning of 2024 , 96 registrations of authorized persons have been suspended, 5 of them have lost access to the system, 1,948 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations have been issued, as well as 3,085 warnings. In addition, the agency cancelled 93 declarations of conformity and closed the activities of 14 fictitious enterprises registered in the region.
