The military prosecutor's office found violations of technical regulations in the production of canned food, and JSC "Konservsushprod" was fined 100 thousand rubles

The supervisory authority conducted a quality check of products manufactured under a government contract. It was about individual food rations produced by the Starodub enterprise Konservsushprod.

- In the study of meat and meat and vegetable canned food, it was found that they were made in violation of the necessary technical regulations, - the prosecutor's office reports. - For some canned food, the fat content was underestimated, and the amount of protein exceeded the established parameters, which in general led to a decrease in energy value (canned food "Meat with green peas and carrots", "Beef meatballs").

The military prosecutor of the Tambov garrison appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Bryansk region with a statement on bringing "Konservsushprod" to administrative responsibility for violation by the manufacturer of the requirements of technical regulations. The court sided with the military. OJSC "Konservsushprod" was brought to administrative responsibility and fined 100,000 rubles, journalists from Bryansk News report. 

The supplier's lawyers tried to appeal the decision to a higher authority, but it was upheld.
