The Ruskom company was liquidated after its merger with the Cherkizovo Group of Companies

Ruskom LLC is a company that united the poultry assets of Temuri Latariya's Ruskom Group of Companies in the Tyumen Region. In particular, this concerns a poultry farm in the regional center of Golyshmanovo, which produces products under the brand name "Bogatstvo Sibiri. Broiler".

In December last year, the Ruskom Group of Companies sold the poultry farm, which operated under the legal entity Ruskom LLC. The owner of the enterprise was the Mikhailovsky Agro-Industrial Complex, which is the founder of Kurinoye Tsarstvo JSC. The Mikhailovsky AIC, in turn, is part of the Cherkizovo Group of Companies, which is engaged in the production of meat products. The amount of the December deal was not disclosed.

The press service of the Cherkizovo Group of Companies told RBC Omsk that the main goal for this year is "the integration of the asset and the adaptation of all processes to the company's high standards." The organization plans to improve the efficiency of the existing equipment and the quality of the products it produces. The acquired poultry farm is capable of producing 60 thousand tons of live chicken meat annually.

RBC Omsk wrote that the poultry farm in the Tyumen region began operating in 2021. It is an automated complex for growing and processing broiler chicken meat. Now GC Ruskom, which continues to operate after the liquidation of one of its companies, intends to build a new poultry farm, but it will be located in the Kalachinsky district of the Omsk region.

The Minister of Agriculture , Food and Processing Industry of the Omsk Region Nikolai Drofa noted that the production volume of the new poultry farm will be the same as that of the complex in Golyshmanovo.
