Robotic systems are used in dairy farming in Bashkortostan

A total of 37 robotic systems are currently in use in the republic, with more than 20 of them commissioned by 2025. Thanks
to the national project "Technological Support for Food Security," special attention is being paid to the development of technology and digitalization in the agro-industrial complex.
"The industrialization of the dairy industry in the republic is underway, and old dairy farms, the so-called collective farm type, will soon disappear," noted Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Minister of Agriculture . "New farms mean new technologies, undoubtedly related to artificial intelligence, but we must keep in mind that we must increasingly rely on our own, domestic, republic-wide digital products."
Today, robotic systems are actively used at the Krasnaya Bashkiria agricultural production cooperative in the Abzelilovsky District, the Urozhai breeding farm in the Ilishevsky District, the Salavat agricultural production cooperative in the Meleuzovsky District, the Agrotekh and Mizyuk farms in the Iglinsky District, and the Uyazy farm in the Tuymazinsky District.
At least 20 more robotic systems are planned to be commissioned by 2026.
It should also be noted that the Kalinin agricultural enterprise has completed a project to build a large dairy complex, the Kalinina complex, for 3,500 head of dairy cattle—one of the largest dairy complexes in Russia, which will utilize artificial intelligence and advanced engineering solutions.
