Export of meat products from Russia in 2025 may reach 1 million tons

Last year, exports totaled about 860,000 tons, including live cattle in terms of slaughter weight. Dankvert noted that the current EXPORT rates remain positive, despite the existing problems in both RUSSIA and Europe. For example, as of March 21 of this year, pork exports totaled 60.5 thousand tons, which is significantly higher than the same indicator last year.

However, there are risks that may affect the implementation of forecasts. These include fluctuations in the DOLLAR exchange rate and the worsening epizootic situation in Europe, as well as the threat of diseases from Ukraine. At the same time, Damate was the first Russian turkey MEAT producer to receive the right to export to Singapore, planning to take a significant place in this market.
