Damate will allocate ₽140 million for social programs for personnel of Rostov enterprises

Social policy programs for the protection and well-being of employees' families complement the mandatory list of social guarantees fixed in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation for all employers. They operate in all divisions of Damate in the Penza, Tyumen and Rostov regions, Moscow, the Stavropol Territory and Karachay-Cherkessia.

In the Rostov program, the start of social programs coincided with the restart of production facilities. Every year they expand and include new measures to support about 1,600 employees. In particular, last year catering was organized for personnel with compensation for the cost of lunches and the area of ​​housing rented for specialists from local enterprises was expanded. In Krasnosulinsky, Oktyabrsky, Ust-Donetsky. Millerovsky, Tarasovsky and Kasharsky districts more than 1200 people are delivered to the place of work by 60 corporate buses. All employees have the opportunity to buy products of their own production from turkey and duck MEAT at preferential prices.

As part of the corporate catering program, Damate's own canteens have been opened, where the staff of poultry farms and processing enterprises are provided with full-fledged complex meals with 100% cost compensation. This year, the holding will allocate more than 60 million rubles for its implementation. A high-quality and healthy diet is an essential condition for favorable working conditions.

274 people took advantage of opportunities under the financial assistance program. They are supported both in difficult life situations and on joyful occasions: for a wedding, the birth of children, anniversaries. More than 50 invited specialists of narrow professions and heads of production units live in rented apartments. The housing program has become a pillar in the formation of reliable personnel in the new region where Damate operates.

Training and professional growth programs are successfully developing. Production leaders are encouraged with prizes and other awards. Gifts for the holidays and corporate celebrations have become habitual for the staff. it is customary for the Damate group of companies to pay special attention to family traditions, the upbringing and development of children and the professional orientation of young people.
