The cheeses are widely known among educational institutions. Due to their high-quality, rich, and healthy composition (they contain not only the right balance of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates, but also a complex of vitamins and microelements that distinguish them from traditional products), these cheeses are also beneficial for the youngest children. For example, a 10% protein-rich dietary soft cheese with a delicate, silky texture can be used both as a stand-alone product and as an ingredient. it is sugar-free, but has a slightly sweet taste due to the natural milk carbohydrate lactose. It is used as a cottage cheese substitute, and a 40% protein product is an alternative to higher-fat cheeses. Importantly, it was created by pastry chefs for pastry chefs: when we refined the product to a specific taste and texture in production, we invited outside experts to help. 
The expert notes that the cream is stable for a long time, requires no more than 15-30 seconds to whip, and is lower in calories than butter-based cream. And, of course, it has a stunning snow-white color that requires no artificial additives. Since Delica Cheese is a neutral product, it can be used in virtually any dish." It will create the most harmonious dessert. 
"My favorite is 40%. It's perfect for pancakes, tiramisu, and cakes. It has a light flavor without the high fat content. I often use it in master classes. For example, for the filling of shou cakes, adding condensed milk and vanilla SUGAR creates a rich ice cream flavor," says Olga Vilchevskaya.
