Chistogorsk pig farm "Sibagro" automates production

The MES system helps reduce the time it takes to collect a pallet of MEAT products, and also allows you to control the amount of work performed by each site employee, thereby increasing labor productivity and evenly distributing the load.

“The MES system has been operating in the deboning shop for about a year. The system has significantly simplified the work and made it more efficient. Now it has been launched at the packaging section,” said Olga Berezhnaya, deputy DIRECTOR of the Chistogorsk pig farm “Sibagro” for meat processing.

All the necessary parameters are entered into the system: the name of the product, its weight and where it needs to be sent: to blast freezing chambers or to a finished product warehouse. The introduction of new software made it possible to minimize manual labor when generating reports, speed up the process and reduce the occurrence of errors as a result of the human factor.
