Chistogorsk pig complex "Sibagro" completed the digitalization project of the feed mill

Batch accounting of incoming raw materials using the MES system has freed Chistogorskpig complex from excessive paperwork and optimized the work of the personnel as much as possible.

All vehicles entering the plant are now digitalized: information about the weight, manufacturer and expiration date of the cargo is entered into the database. This data is automatically sent to all divisions of the plant. And a corresponding barcode is attached to each batch.

- Plus, the system automatically links the results of our laboratory's research to specific batches. If problems are found, it will be easy to identify an unscrupulous supplier, and most importantly, not to let defective products into the territory of the enterprise. Especially - into work, - says Fedor Chechel, DIRECTOR of the Chistogorsk pig complex "Sibagro".

When everything is taken into account and digitalized, the movement of compound feed is stable, manageable, predictable.

The MES system also accumulates statistics - this helps to track the dependence of weight gain on different compound feed recipes. At the same time, all data is uploaded to the 1C program. This means that any enterprise of the holding can get acquainted with effective feeding systems and adopt useful experience.

Chistogorsk pig-breeding complex "Sibagro". It has been operating since 1973. In 2019, it became part of Sibagro. The enterprise has implemented a unique experience of rehabilitation for RUSSIA, including replacement of livestock, major repairs of workshops, installation of high-tech equipment, and introduction of automated production management. In March 2021, the pig-breeding complex resumed production. Production volumes: 57,100 tons of pork per year.
