The holding is actively developing programs aimed at helping high school and university students choose careers in demand in the agricultural sector. In 2025, Sibagro participated in 55 career guidance events and 15 specialized events, organizing 20 excursions for schoolchildren and students to its production facilities.
In 2022, Sibagro joined the federal "Professionality" project, collaborating with the Tomsk Agrarian College to adapt curricula to business needs. College students complete internships at the holding's facilities and can be offered employment starting from their first day. Furthermore, a modern laboratory was opened at the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University, where students can develop their skills in agricultural operations.
