For the period from January 2019, the minimum price for mutton was fixed in January 2019 - 363.45 rubles / kg, the maximum - in August 2021: 489.09 rubles / kg.
The most expensive lamb in August 2021 was sold in the Northwestern Federal District (584.18 rubles/kg), the cheapest - in the North Caucasus (432.93 rubles/kg).
