A plant for the production of biological products for the further production of milk sourdough will be built in the Moscow region

The new production facility in the urban district of Lytkarino will be equipped with the most modern technologies. Production shops are made according to the standards of the microbiological laboratory.
“Now it is important for the country to develop its own production facilities for the production of dairy cultures. The new plant will produce 50-60 kg of dry bacterial concentrate per cycle, about 11 thousand kg annually. The planned volume of investments is 580 million rubles. The production will allow organizing 100 new jobs, the project is planned to be implemented in the 1st quarter of 2025,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
The resulting starter cultures will be further used by agricultural producers in the region for the production of dairy products.
The area of ​​the workshop will be more than 600 square meters. m. The process control system will be fully automated, including the ability to connect to a remote computer via a wireless network. Equipment and technological product pipelines are planned to be made of pharmaceutical grade stainless steel.
At the same time, the flows of raw materials and materials do not intersect with the flows of people, which allows you to completely isolate the process. All technical units and mechanisms that are not involved in the main process are moved to a separate room, access by technical personnel is only through a separate entrance. Personnel access to production facilities will be made only through a special sanitary checkpoint.
The premises will maintain a microclimate and carry out antimicrobial treatment of premises with UV emitters. Also, the ventilation of the main production facilities will be autonomous (without interfering with the ventilation of amenity premises) and equipped with ultra-fine air purification filters.
