
The Ministry held a videoconference meeting on the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan , chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov.
Deputy ministers, heads of municipal districts, heads of agricultural and food departments, department heads, and major investors participated.
Dmitry Yashin reported on the progress of harvesting in the districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, highlighting the districts with the highest grain yields in the Republic of Tatarstan: Tetyushsky, Menzelinsky, Zainsky, and Aksubayevsky municipal districts. The deputy minister also reported on the liming of acidic soils and the accumulation of mineral fertilizers for the 2025 harvest .
Ilnar Gabbasov, Head of the Department of Engineering and Technical Support for the Agro-Industrial Complex, reported on the use of the grain harvesting complex, including primary tillage for the 2025 harvest. The fallow cropping plan is 1.66 million hectares, with 144,400 hectares processed to date, which is 8.7% of the plan. The daily potential of tillage units is 50,000 hectares. There are 3,000 units in the Republic of Tatarstan, of which 510 are in operation, he noted.
Deputy Minister Gelyus Bayazitov summarized the results of livestock farming for the first half of 2024. According to the results of work for the first 6 months, agricultural enterprises produced 883,500 tons of milk, 205,200 tons of livestock and poultry meat, and 649 million eggs, which is 107%, 98%, and 100%, respectively. The number of cattle is 606,700 heads, including 220,600 cows, 53,000 sheep and goats, and 464,400 heads of cattle. He reported that the number of pigs, 16.4 million poultry, and 19.2 thousand horses was 1,000.
Deputy Head of the Main Veterinary Directorate, Gabdulkhak Motygullin, reported on an analysis of biological safety compliance at agricultural enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan, recommendations for improving it, and an analysis of milk quality.
Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilnur Galeev, reported on the implementation of the mandatory requirements of Federal Law No. 248-FZ of July 14, 2022, "On Livestock By-Products and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."
