In modern, rapidly changing conditions, the presence of competent agricultural specialists is of great importance in ensuring effective management in the countryside. Today, the agricultural sector of Dagestan receives new equipment, new technologies are being introduced, and many industries are being modernized. Accordingly, there is an acute issue of parallel training of personnel, first of all, working professions that meet the challenges of the time.
In order to consider the prospects for training personnel for the agro-industrial complex, the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Dagestan Sharip Sharipov and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Dagestan Emin Shaikhgasanov visited the Buynak Agricultural College. Recall that today this college is the flagship of the system of secondary vocational education in the agrarian direction in Dagestan. Here the educational process is closely tied to the real conditions of production. There is the necessary equipment, appropriate land areas where students undergo industrial practice. In addition, college students undergo industrial practice on the basis of the leading agricultural enterprises of the republic.
As the HEAD of the college Rashid Atashev said, over the past 10 years we have studied the needs of real agricultural production in Dagestan, the experience of other regions and have invested efforts and funds in the formation of the necessary material and technical base, as well as in the creation of educational programs linked to modern production requirements. And as a result, college graduates are in demand not only within the republic, students have repeatedly won WorldSkills competitions. People come to this educational institution for experience not only from educational organizations of the republic, but also from other regions of the country. The college management has serious ideas and programs aimed at further development and improvement of the educational process.
According to First Deputy Sharip Sharipov, an experimental project "Professionality" has been launched in the Russian Federation this year. This project involves the integration of educational institutions with organizations in the real sector of the economy, it will help bring the system of training middle-level personnel closer to the needs of enterprises and potential employers.
“It is gratifying that the Buynaksk Agricultural College is the only one among the organizations of secondary vocational education in the North Caucasus Federal District that won the competitive selection in this project. On the basis of the college, elements of a new practice-oriented educational process will be worked out, people will come here for experience. Today, we bring the heads of the leading agricultural enterprises of Dagestan to this educational institution, and there are already orders for the training of specialists in various areas. Most importantly, here students learn the practical skills of their professions at production sites. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Dagestan certainly supports such a systematic approach to the training of qualified personnel, it is in demand over time. Accordingly, we intend to take measures both to expand the range of areas for training mid-level agro-industrial specialists,
