The authorities of Ossetia responded to reports of the death of 35 patients of COVID-hospital

An investigation is underway into the accident in a Vladikavkaz hospital, RBC was told at the Ministry of HEALTH of North Ossetia.

This is how the department responded to Mash reports that in this hospital, not 11 people, as officially reported, but 35 patients could die from a lack of oxygen. The authors of the investigation made such conclusions on the basis of information received from sources, as well as relatives of deceased patients.

As a result of an accident in a hospital in Vladikavkaz, nine people died, RBC was told in the Ministry of Health of North Ossetia. “An investigative check and a forensic medical examination are being carried out, the results will determine the cause of death of these people,” the ministry said.

The press service of the head of North Ossetia told RBC that, according to official information, 11 people died. Nine of them died during the cessation of oxygen supply, two more during the day - one from thromboembolism, the cause of death of the second is being investigated by the investigation, they added to it.
