In addition, banks are prohibited from taking a commission for converting foreign currencies into dollars if the operation is carried out for the subsequent issuance of cash dollars.

Banks must return to individual customers the commission that they received when issuing cash currency from March 9.

Moreover, if the client has received up to $10,000, he can receive the commission withheld in dollars to an account in this currency, or in cash, subject to the limit. In addition, the bank can credit the amount to the account or issue it in cash in rubles.

If the bank withheld the commission in rubles, then it must credit the money to the client's account or issue it in cash in the same currency. If the client is given 10 thousand cash dollars, the commission is also credited to the account or issued in rubles.
