How did biohacking come about?It began to develop in the first decade of the 21st century, in no small part from the so-called functional medicine. Its representatives such as Mark Hyman, Joseph Mercola, transhumanist and futurist Ray Kurzweil worked, one might say, on first-level biohacking - at this stage it could be considered more like a healthy lifestyle. They postulated the foundations of biohacking, that is, a systematic approach, drawing up, on the basis of a comprehensive diagnosis, an individual program not only for training, but also for a lifestyle in general: nutrition, physical activity, normalization of sleep, regulation of thinking and emotional reactions - the use of advanced and borderline methods of influencing the body not accepted by large, that is, official evidence-based medicine.
