The European Union published the tenth package of sanctions against Russia, 87 individuals fell under the new restrictions. The document is published in the Official Journal of the EU.

On the anniversary of the special operation in Ukraine, the EU also imposed restrictions on three banks (Tinkoff, Alfa and Rosbank), Russia Today and Patriot media groups, the All-Russian Popular Front (ONF); National Welfare Fund (NWF); Russian National Reinsurance Company (RNRC), etc. The EU sanctions also included dual-use goods, electronics, specialized vehicles, spare parts for cars and jet engines, goods for the construction sector, etc.

In total, more than 11 thousand restrictions have been introduced against Russia since February last year, their total number exceeds 14 thousand.
