Tractor driver with 2.6 ppm of alcohol was detained in the Gantsevichi district

July 27, Brest. Traffic police officers of the Gantsevichi District Department of Internal Affairs detained a tractor driver with 2.6 ppm of ALCOHOL in the blood, BelTA learned from the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee.

Administrative materials have been drawn up against the tractor driver. The tractor was delivered to a guarded parking lot. The administrative protocol was also drawn up for the HEAD of the enterprise responsible for allowing employees to drive vehicles.

A similar fact was recorded in the Drogichinsky district. In the village of Litovsk, traffic police officers stopped an Amkodor tractor driven by a 49-year-old machine operator. The medical examination showed 0.7 ppm of alcohol in the exhaled air. Administrative material has been drawn up against the mechanic for driving a vehicle while intoxicated. An official of the enterprise is being checked.

Raid groups consisting of employees of units for combating economic crimes, law enforcement and prevention departments, traffic police control the course of the harvesting campaign on a daily basis. In addition to the state of equipment and drivers, law enforcement officers pay attention to the issues of safety, accounting and write-off of material and technical assets. So, the combine operator of Berezovskaya MTS OJSC stole 80 liters of fuel, 40 liters of engine oil and 10 liters of transmission oil. The machine operator of JSC "Khotynichi" of the Gantsevichi district stole 100 liters of colored diesel fuel. Those found guilty face punishment up to and including administrative arrest.
