This is not Zhukov's first attempt to define his position in the food market. Five years ago, he launched a business supplying raw meat to restaurants, but the project did not meet expectations and was closed. Now the musician is starting from scratch, applying the experience he gained and new approaches. Zhukov's representative, Petro Sheksheev, said that the new project is in the preparation stage and involves the production of about three tons of products per day.
A key aspect of the new venture will be the use of sous-vide technology, which cooks vacuum-packed food in a water bath at low temperatures, ensuring uniform cooking and preservation of nutrients. This technology, which has been widely used in the restaurant industry since the 1960s, is now available for home use.
Zhukov plans to produce delicacies from chicken, turkey and beef, which will allow him to occupy his niche in the market of high-quality meat products. The products will be supplied to both restaurants and grocery chains, which opens up great prospects for business, given the growing interest in healthy and high-quality products. The plant is expected to start operating in the coming months, giving the musician's fans the opportunity to enjoy not only his songs, but also his products.
