RUSSIA has been a member of the Agency since 2013, the report says. The goal of the Agency is to assist in the use of peaceful nuclear energy, as well as to support the economical and environmental use of the peaceful atom.

Earlier, on February 25, the day after the start of the Russian military special operation in Ukraine, the OECD finally stopped negotiations on the entry of Russia and Belarus into the club of developed world economies. The OECD also stopped accepting voluntary contributions from Russia and stopped all existing joint projects. Earlier in 2014, negotiations with Moscow were suspended at the request of the Ukrainian authorities.
