Autumn is a busy time for farmers: not a single fine day should be wasted. Harvesting corn, sowing winter crops, lifting the plow, completing the preparation of feed - the work for the team of the branch of Agrofirm "Lebedevo" of RUE "Minskenergo", as they say, is overwhelming. And every task here is completed in a timely manner, and most importantly, with high quality. This is probably why the agricultural enterprise has been among the regional leaders in the agricultural industry for many years, both in terms of production efficiency and basic economic indicators.

Exam passed

Lebedevo is a small settlement 10 kilometers from Molodechno with a very long history, dating back more than six centuries. Today it is a modern agricultural town, home to more than a thousand villagers. The places here are truly picturesque: mushroom and berry forests, the Viliya and Nevezha rivers flow nearby. What else captivates country life is its developed infrastructure. The village has everything for a comfortable stay: there is a secondary school and a kindergarten, a House of Culture and an art school. There is a bank and several shops, there is also a dispensary and a post office. And also decent working conditions with a good salary. The Lebedevo Agrofirm branch employs more than 300 people, mostly all locals. Over the past three months, 12 young specialists have come to the farm.

Hardworking and responsible, conscientious and efficient - this is exactly what they are, the Lebedevites of our time. And these are not empty words, each is literally supported by certain successes and results in all areas of activity without exception. There are three of them on the farm - crop farming, livestock farming and horticulture. And each one has a special place.

Let's start with preparing feed. It’s not for nothing that they say that MILK is on the cow’s tongue. The Lebedevo branch of Agrofirm learned this truism a long time ago.

“Three mowings are already behind us, and the fourth is coming, the final one for this season. Alfalfa occupies 400 hectares, 1300 hectares are cereal grasses. We also sow peas , because they are pure protein, indispensable in dairy farming, “with knowledge of the matter,” explains Lyudmila Lymar, DIRECTOR of the Lebedevo Agrofirm branch of RUE Minskenergo. - Obtaining feed that meets the needs of animals is the main criterion for choosing crops and organizing feed production. We strictly monitor high quality and compliance with all technological processes and standards.

By the way, we are satisfied with the results of the harvesting on the farm. Yes, the heavenly office could not do without adjustments, but the results are quite worthy. Judge for yourself: during the abnormal drought that hit farmers in the spring, collecting 52.5 centners of grain per hectare (excluding corn) is worth a lot!

The branch began harvesting in early July . The territory is not the smallest: grain and legumes - 1208 hectares. And this does not include buckwheat. Another 330 hectares were occupied by rapeseed.

Although it was not easy to argue with the rainy weather, we met the deadline. And all thanks to such workers as Anton Kokhan, Oleg Dovbenko, Matvey Weinberger, Mikhail Demesh, who threshed a thousand tons of grain each and made a significant contribution to the overall loaf of the enterprise.

The Lebedevo Agrofirma branch has been placing a special emphasis on winter crops for years , and they do not disappoint.

“A few years ago we realized that we should gradually move away from spring sowing. It's not profitable. And this year has once again proven our forecasts,” says Deputy Director for Production Konstantin Zhdanov. - Currently, winter barley, wheat, and triticale are being sown in the fields.

There's a ton of work in the fall

Highly productive machinery continues to work in the corn fields - silage is being harvested in full swing. In total, 1,300 hectares of land are allocated for this crop, including 200 hectares for grain. In the field we find one of the leaders of the economy, senior combine operator Alexander Brilevsky. Every year he is among the best harvesters. Harvest 2023 was no exception: more than 2 thousand tons were harvested.

- How does it feel to be the first? - we ask the combine operator.

- Of course, it’s an honor! We must continue to maintain our brand! In fact, everything went as normal. With such a close-knit team and under the skillful leadership, there cannot be any other options,” smiles Alexander Brilevsky, for whom the current harvest was the 15th in a row, and immediately hurries to take a seat in the cabin of the forage harvester. We don’t stop, because we understand: the day feeds the year.

Opposite the corn plantation we notice fields where winter wheat has sprouted evenly, as if under a ruler. Winter rapeseed grows next door. The hand reaches out for the mobile phone to capture all this beauty as a memory.

- The main thing is that there is a real winter and there is a good snow cover on the fields. Then even absolute temperature maximums are not scary for the crops,” emphasizes the chief agronomist Nikolai Tsadko, who joined us and joined us several years ago as a young specialist. He admits that he decided to work on the land while still in school. - From the 8th grade I knew exactly what I wanted to become. As a child, he spent the entire summer with his grandmother in the village, helping in the garden. Hence the love for plants.

And working in agriculture today is a pleasure. Especially where management does not skimp on the purchase of modern, highly efficient equipment. This is exactly what happens at the Agrofirm Lebedevo branch. At the moment, the agricultural enterprise's machine and tractor fleet includes 280 units of self-propelled trailed equipment, including about 50 tractors of various modifications, 6 grain harvesters and 3 forage harvesters.

- This year we purchased five new tractors, two of which are energy-rich, as well as forage harvesters and grain harvesters. In the near future, we will receive a brand new feed dispenser, a straw chopper and a disker,” the deputy director lists the acquisitions. - Moreover, we use mainly domestic equipment in our work, with the help of which we achieve significant results.

Robots in action

Всего в структуре филиала Агрофирма "Лебедево" пять молочно-товарных ферм и один молочно-товарный комплекс, который хоть и построен более 10 лет назад, но сегодня ни в чем не уступает современным животноводческим объектам. Среднее поголовье крупного рогатого скота составляет свыше 5536, в том числе 1670 голов - дойное стадо. Среднесуточный надой быстрыми темпами приближается к отметке в 30 кило молока на корову. По результатам 8 месяцев удои в хозяйстве составили 6448 килограммов молока. Радуют и привесы на откорме - бычки прибавляют в сутки почти по кило.

What is notable about the Moroski MTF, which houses 755 heads of cattle , including 330 cows, is that the farm is robotic. By the way, it was the first in the Molodechno region to install six robots at once.

True, for my part, I will note: it differs not only in the progressive milking of cows, but also in the internal landscaping of the territory. The facades of the barns are decorated with bright drawings with thematic scenes. Opposite are original flower beds with figures of cows, chickens and other animals. And all this was done by the employees themselves, who clearly work much better and more productively in such an atmosphere.

“They also took care of the comfort of the team at the farm: a spacious room for meals with a kitchen and the necessary equipment is equipped, there is also a shower, and a washing machine for caring for work clothes,” shares the acting chief livestock specialist Tatyana Rusetskaya. She herself once started here as a milking machine operator. Afterwards she worked as a foreman. - Milking on the farm is 24 hours a day. There is no contact with humans; everything is done by the robot. The operator only controls the process itself.

It must be said: in order to operate this digital installation, you need to undergo special training. As did Anna Shaporenko, who previously worked for nine years as a livestock breeder.

“At first it was difficult to understand everything, but over time I learned everything: how to connect the installation, control the process, reboot, eliminate minor breakdowns, adjust,” she notes. - Now, of course, everything is simple: for example, I went for lunch, and the cows give milk at this time.

Would you like some apples?

Another area of ​​the farm's activity is gardening. Although it is not as large-scale as the previous two, it also bears fruit. The total area of ​​the Lebedev garden is 95 hectares, of which 64 hectares are occupied by APPLE trees. Basically, preference is given here to the domestic variety Belorusskoe sweet. Apples of the Alesya, Imant, Bolotovskoe, Verbnoe, Zaslavskoe and other varieties are also in demand among the population.

Our own storage facility, where they are sent for stowage, helps to extend the “juicy” season. True, thrifty owners try to stock up on tasty vitamins in advance. The branch knows about this and provides for the needs of fellow countrymen in a timely manner. For example, today bulk and aromatic apples can be bought at agricultural fairs, as well as at the market in the regional center.

- This year we will get a good harvest. So, more than 300 tons of fruits have already been collected, and there is still much more to come,” clarifies the foreman of the gardening team, Dmitry Dombrovsky.

Next to the apple orchard there are plantations of chokeberry, known to many as chokeberry - a tasty and medicinal berry that contains many minerals and vitamins. Its fruits have already been harvested: in total there were about 67 tons of “black” harvest, which was sold.

The management of the branch of Agrofirm "Lebedevo" strongly supports its workforce. Additional holiday payments are awarded annually and an incentive bonus is paid. The trade union provides vouchers for HEALTH improvement in sanatoriums and children's camps, gives gifts for anniversaries, and organizes excursions and trips.

In the village of Nosilovo (three kilometers from Molodechno), the farm will soon begin construction of 16 private houses and one apartment building for its workers.
