More than 26,000 day-old chicks arrived in Khabarovsk Krai under the supervision of Rosselkhoznadzor.

These young birds arrived from the Central and Siberian Federal Districts and are intended for use by peasant farms and private household plots in the region. During the inspection, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR staff inspected the birds and verified their accompanying veterinary documents. All chicks were clinically healthy, with no injuries or damage. The breeders from whom the chicks were bred underwent the necessary diagnostic testing for avian influenza and were immunized.
