How it works. A special program calls candidates from the contact database to find out if they are ready to consider the possibility of employment in the pig farm. Phones of those who answer positively, the robot passes to the recruiter.
“The main advantage of the robot is that it can call 50 candidates at the same time,” says Alina Kozyreva, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Human Resources. — It is important to note that a digital assistant cannot completely replace a specialist, but it significantly saves job seekers and recruiters time at the dating stage. Therefore, our HR team can focus on more important tasks, such as improving the quality of the adaptation of new employees and their further development within the company.
Despite the fact that the robot is working in test mode, we can already talk about good results. 27 out of 146 candidates moved on to the stage of further interview at the enterprise, and the total number of incorrectly recognized phrases by the program is only 4%.
The digital assistant became the first stage of the project to create an automated recruiting system at Sibagro. The logic of the program is now being finalized, and the next step will be to “teach” it to independently form a database of contacts for potential candidates. If successful, the robot will be implemented at all enterprises of the holding.
