Belarus has changed the requirements for mobile shops in rural areas.

November 7, Minsk . Changes to the organization of trade in rural areas through mobile trading units have come into force in Belarus. This is stipulated by Resolution No. 608 of the Council of Ministers of November 3, 2025, "On the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2025, No. 294," which was published on [BelTA].

Specifically, the name of administrative procedure 8.3.1 has been amended. It requires approval of the route of a mobile store. However, while previously such approval was required only for the sale of alcoholic beverages, it is now required for anyone selling in rural areas, regardless of the product range.
The procedure involves submitting an application to the "one-stop shop" service, review of the case, and a decision by the authorized body. Legal entities can apply by submitting a written application and providing the route of the mobile store.

The route of movement is the route of a mobile trading facility or public catering facility, indicating the address landmarks of the stopping places, as well as, in cases provided for by legislative acts, the time of arrival and departure from these places.
