Photo is illustrative in nature. From open sources.

it was established that the veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution “Birsk District and City Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan” issued electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD) for raw cow MILK in a volume of 500 kg without a certificate of veterinary and sanitary well-being of the enterprise. This violation indicates the use of potentially dangerous raw materials of unknown origin.

A fact of violation was also revealed when registering the eVSD by the state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution “Kushnarenkovskaya District Veterinary Station of the Republic of Bashkortostan”. The official, through the “processing/production” transaction, extended the shelf life of “frozen kazylyk” products in the amount of 15 kg from February 16 to February 28, 2024 . Thus, the state veterinarian unreasonably extended the shelf life of semi-finished MEAT products by 12 days.

The state veterinarian of the State Budgetary Institution “Burzyansky District Veterinary Station of the Republic of Belarus” issued an eVSD on February 12, 2024 for dairy products (cottage cheese ) with a production date of February 17, 2024, providing false information about the date of production of the product.

In addition, the most common violations when registering eVSD by veterinarians are associated with indicating an incorrect purpose in the production of food products.

Based on the identified violations, the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR sent an information letter to the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Veterinary Medicine. State veterinarians have been warned against violating mandatory requirements.
