Courts upheld the legality of a fine imposed on a poultry farm in the Volgograd region.

In response, in October 2024 , ROSSELKHOZNADZOR initiated an unscheduled inspection, which revealed numerous violations in the farm's poultry management practices. Following the inspection, the legal entity was fined under Article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The poultry farm attempted to challenge this decision in COURT, but in March 2025, the trial court dismissed the company's claims . On June 23, 2025, the appellate court upheld the decision to hold the company liable, dismissing the appeal. This decision has now entered into legal force.
