The prosecutor's office of the Novosibirsk region demanded 3 billion rubles of damage to nature from the Kudryashovsky pig farm. The lawsuit was filed as part of a criminal case involving the former general DIRECTOR of the enterprise, Vladimir Gavrilenko.

As specified in the prosecutor's office, the exact amount of environmental damage amounted to 2,915,183 thousand rubles. A number of crimes were directed at Gavrilenko, including pollution of the water system, destruction and damage to forest plantations, and damage to land.

The HEAD of the pig farm of Kudryashovskoye JSC, according to the case file, in 2022 ordered the transportation of non-disinfected animal waste to land plots in the Kolyvansky district of the Novosibirsk region in order to save on production costs. This caused pollution of the land and surface waters of the Amba River, which led to the death of aquatic biological resources.

The criminal case of the top manager was sent to the Kolyvansky District COURT . In mid-October 2022, Gavrilenko was detained, and Galina Irtuganova became the appointment of a new leader.

it should be noted that Kudryashovskoye is the largest pork production enterprise in the Novosibirsk region. Its facilities include a feed mill, two pig farms in Kolyvan and one in Krivodanovka, as well as a crop production division. Work on the modernization of the site of the pig farm is suspended until plans are developed taking into account the comments of specialists.
